Fallout 3 was one of my favorite games from last generation, and I was really hyped for this one, and it didn't disappoint me, but it didn't really justified big hype surrounding it. I still love the game very much, and in some ways it's better than Fallout 3. The gunplay is much better and it's much more enjoyable playing in first person than it was before. I also like story more, but the ending didn't have much impact, and I wasn't impressed as I was with Fallout 3. I love building, and I spent many hours decorating my home and helping settlements.
There are also quirky quests and characters like before, and Fallout 4 is basically more of the same which is great because I love Fallout 3, but it's also a downside if you wanted something groundbreaking or game-changing. And like in previous Bethesda's open world games, there are also a lot of small bugs, which usually aren't big problem, but I couldn't finish one main quest, and I had to wait until it was patched.
